Yes, the day of love is upon us. Valentine’s Day. It is a holiday that divides people into those who love a mushy holiday and those who feel it’s commercialized nonsense. We here at BollySpice are firmly in the mushy holiday group! So, what better than to look at some of the most romantic and wonderful Mr. Filmi Rights who we all envision our perfect man to be? Whether he twirls you on mountaintop or charms you with a joke, the following Mr. Rights are an amalgam of all the qualities a filmi hero possesses. We all love a Mr. Wrong as well, and the intense and deranged men below are also very alluring and capture our attentions right away!

MR. RIGHTS

A filmi Mr. Right from the beginning of Indian cinema has been fashioned as one who has all those perfect qualities that make a man one you and of course the heroine can fall in love with. One you can take home to your maa, one who can sing a romantic song to you in the Swiss fields, and one that makes your heart go pitter pat and melt at the same time! These 10 are some of the loveliest throughout the years.

Vanraj from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam – An absolute gem of a Mr. Right! Vanraj deeply impressed the audience with his selflessness in his mission to find his new wife Nandini’s former love. Ajay Devgn strikes the right balance between saintliness and humility in this role, which might have been boring if he didn’t win us over right from his first entry. There is such a poignant scene where he screeches Nandini’s name at a bridge, each outcry echoes his anguish, and her sudden realization makes it much sweeter. We cannot blame Aishwariya for ditching Salman for this subtle and sombre hero. Soon after other film heroes, were adopting Vanraj’s humble and selfless acts, but we have to prefer the original Mr Right of the 90′s.
