Prachi Desai looks cute in her layered dress. I am glad Prachi has decided to play it safe, because at other red carpet events when she was trying to make a statement in went horribly wrong and she ended up on the not hot list. Word of advice, for the Filmfare awards please do play it safe! Loose the red handbag though!
