Though it looks natural it seems shooting kissing scenes is all about direction. The kiss scene in Band Baaja Baaraat was done in a very technical manner where Director Maneesh explained to the actors in an extremely mechanical way what to do before the shoot. Also the screenplay of the movie requires a late night scene right before the intimate scene, for which the director made sure that Ranveer and Anushka were actually really tired and exhausted so that in the scene they looked absolutely authentic.
