Shobhaa De’s outfit is nice, bit boring but it looks good on her, however I am not sure why she has decided to wear such a long and contrasting necklace, it is far too long for this outfit and looks odd.

Verdict – Boring outfit and a mismatched necklace means Shobhaa De is not HOT!
