Jaane Kyun from Always Kabhi Kabhi

The music for the upcoming Always Kabhi Kabhi has quite the mix of music and one that really shows the range of the soundtrack is the song ‘Jaane Kyun’. This effortless, soaring melody appears in two versions, one called the soul version and the other called the sufi version. While Naresh Iyer sings the soul version, Shafqat Amanat Ali brings in his experience and trademark sound for the sufi version. The essence of both versions is that ‘Jaane Kyun ‘ sums up on a mellow and poignant note than the rest of the songs.

Always Kabhi Kabhi directed by Abbas Roshan and starring a bevy of newcomers including Zoa Morani, Giselli Monteiro, Ali Fazal, and Satyajeet Dubey, hits theaters on June 17th!
