Bipasha Basu was spotted in another outfit on stage at the IIFA awards and I do wish she had chosen to wear this black gown on the green carpet, as it is far more suitable for the awards ceremony. The gown would have looked even better if Bipasha had paired it with a statement necklace.

Verdict – Bipasha Basu is HOT!
