Who’s Hot Who’s Not – GQ India Men of the Year Awards 2011

I am not a fan of this black dress on Monica Dogra. Normally you can’t go wrong with an LBD but this one does not work at all. The top half is not very flattering. I am not a fan of Monica’s hair either. I do like her orange lipstick though – statement lipstick is trendy at the moment!

Verdict – Monica Dogra is Not Hot!
