Shootout At Wadala summon-invite irks Mumbai cops

The innovative invite for the launch of Shootout At Wadala today, sent to the media in the form of an official police summons, had everyone praising the uniqueness of thought. However, Mumbai’s cops aren’t too pleased.

Two cops from the local police station are believed to have landed up at director Sanjay Gupta’s residence, to seek answers.

DCP Nisar Tamboli, the official spokesperson of the Mumbai Police, said, “We are looking into the matter. Nobody is supposed to use the national emblem and commissioner’s name.”
