Sonal Chauhan wants to be in top shape for M F Hussain’s son Owais Hussain’s directorial debut. The next schedule roles in October and the Jannat actress has been gymming religiously for a svelte body. For the past month she has been working out with celebrity trainer Prashant Sawant who is best known for helping Shah Rukh Khan develop six packs abs in Om Shanti Om.

Says Sonal “The song picturisations have yet to be shot and as I am suppose to wear short dresses, I want to appear absolutely fit on the screen.” Though weight was never an issue with her, she wants to not only look good but feel good too. “Working out for one and a half hours for six days a week is thoroughly rejuvenating for me.”

The actress recalls herself as impatient gymmer. “I have told Prashant I want to see quick results. I am concentrating on the legs and abs region specifically.”

Her schedule includes a combination of cardio and weights with a high protein diet with six small meals throughout the day.

“It’s been a month since I’m training with Prashant at his gym. The results are already showing. I can’t wait to see a new me by October.” She signs off.
