Who’s Hot Who’s Not (Cannes Film Festival 2009)

I think this was one of Aishwarya’s best years at Cannes in terms of style. This midnight blue chiffon gown looks like it was made for her and the sleek chignon hairdo is classy. I’ve been staring at this picture for the last ten minutes and can’t really find one flaw with this look! I’m loving it!
