In an innovative initiative Fox Star Studios and Vishal Bhardwaj Pictures have partnered with TABcab to promote Vishal Bhardwaj’s Matru ki Bijlee ka Mandola (MBM).

As part of the initiative, the lead pair Imran Khan and Anushka Sharma will launch 200 TABcabs branded with saucy dialogues from MBM.

To make the launch event saucier, Imran and Anushka will personally stick the poster of their film dialogues on a TABcab at Star House, Mahalakshmi. These TABcabs will hit the roads from Monday, Dec 24th 2012.

According to Mr. Jagdish Purohit (MD, TABcab). ‘TABcab is changing the colour of taxis and also the experience. TABcab is changing the way taxis look and are felt during travelling in Mumbai because of first time high end cars giving comfort being used as radio taxis. Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola is a movie, people will enjoy as much as they enjoy a TABcab, and we are delighted to be associated with it’.

Vivek Krishnani – Head of Distribution, Marketing and Syndication, Fox Star Studios, adds, “Matru ki bijlee ka Mandola is generating huge buzz with the first look and the songs are also gaining huge popularity. It’s a unique film and the promotions of the film have also been thought of in that manner. As FoxStar we have always tried to find unique ways to connect with audiences and engage then with the film. Keeping that in mind we have found a willing and like minded partner in Tab Cabs and are happy that 200 cabs in mumbai will be branded with the popular humorous dialogues of Matru ki Bijlee ka Mandola which presents the fun flavour of the film.”

MBM will release on January 11, 2013.

The dialogues that are going to be pastedon the TABcabs include the following

“jab dil sand ho toh har ladki bhains nazar aati hai”, “bhootniwalon”, “kya utar kay jaon – kachcha ya baniyan”, and “dekho magar pyar se”.
