Rani Gets into a Fitness Regime

It seems that in tinsel town you’re out of the “in crowd” if you haven’t got a hot and happening fitness regime ruling your life! Rani Mukerji also gave into the temptation by hiring Aamir Khan‘s trainer to help her acquire some lean muscles and tone up. Satyajit Chaurasiya, who has helped Aamir in past, has recently finished helping Rani set up a personal gym in her home in Juhu. The trainer says that Rani is a dedicated and enthusiastic student who doesn’t need to loose weight because of her small built, but it’s the toning up of her body that is their main aim. Along with acquiring various special equipment to aid Rani in this new venture, she’s strictly following a diet that contains a healthy balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat.
