nautanki saalaAyushmann Khurana has said how he feels lucky to have never experienced heartbreak in his life so far. The 28-year-old actor and singer, who is fast acquiring superstar status following hits like Vicky Donor (2012) and Nautanki Saala, made this comment recently in an interview with the Hindustan Times. “People say that heartbreak is often helps an actor or writer to express pain better, but I don’t agree with it. I think I am very lucky to have met and married the love of my life at an early age. “Though both my songs – ‘Paani Da Rang’ (Vicky Donor) and ‘Saadi Galli’ (Nautanki Saala) have a tone of melancholy, I have been lucky enough to never go through it.”

Despite winning awards at almost every ceremony under the ‘Best Male Debut’ and ‘Best Male Playback Singer’ categories, Ayushmann says that he now want to make films in order to win the hearts of the people. “Till last year, I was like a kid in a candy store who wanted all the candies in the shop. Now, I think that people love you because they just love you, with or without awards, though an award does encourage one to give their best.”

Ayushmann has also warmly accepted the complements he received from actor Ranbir Kapoor and had this to say. “Everybody admires Ranbir Kapoor. If he admires my work, I am flattered.”
