Currently working together is Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra in Hasee Toh Phasee, the actor says he is inspired by his co-star. Sidharth considers Parineeti to be energetic as well as funky. “On the sets of Hasee Toh Phasee, Parineeti makes sure she rehearses a lot which helps me hone my acting skills too,” Malhotra said.
Hasee Toh Phasee is a typical romantic comedy produced by Karan Johar where Sidharth will be playing a regular Joe. Sidharth is happy to work with Karan Johar as he has previously worked with him as an assistant director on Dostana and My Name is Khan. Sidharth also has other films coming up such as The Villain alongside Shraddha Kapoor who is best known for latest hit Aashiqui 2 which is set to start filming in September.
Sidharth is also considering Remo D’Souza’s car racing film but is unsure as the commencement isn’t yet decided. Regardless, it’s going to be a busy year for Sidharth and we can expect to see him on the big screen often.
