Who’s Hot Who’s Not (21st October – 2nd November)

Why does Rakhi Sawant always wear the flashiest and ugliest outfits? The thing is that she is a pretty girl, she has a great body and a great personality but a horrible designer. I don’t even know where to begin with this outfit. She looks like a mermaid wearing green foil. Also, the entire outfit is as tight as a bathing suit and in no way fits her properly. Overall, the entire outfit is just plain ugly.
