Bipasha joins Johnny Depp and Big B for ‘Shantaram’

A few days ago we reported that Bipasha Basu had bagged not one, but two prestigious Hollywood projects. Her international agent Simone Sheffield refused to divulge any details but extremely reliable sources including the magazine Marie Claire have led us to believe that Bipasha Basu will be joining legendary actors Amitabh Bachchan and Johnny Depp for Mira Nair’s Shantaram.

Based on the best-selling and acclaimed novel by Gregory David Roberts, Shantaram is a crime-drama set in Mumbai. It is in fact a true story based on Roberts’ life. Johnny Depp will be producing the film. It’s scheduled to hit the floors this November, so get ready for some serious fireworks!
