ON HOLD: Chicken Parmesean

3 lbs boneless Chicken breasts
4T butter
1 clove garlic minced (if small 2)
1T Dijon mustard
1t worcestershire sauce
1c Italian bread crumbs
1/2-3/4 c grated Paremsan cheese
1/4 c parsley
1/2 c chopped green onions


1. Melt butter, add garlic, mustard and worcestershire.
2. In a bowl mix bread crumbs, parsley and cheese
3. Dip chicken in butter mixture then place in bowl and coat with bread crumb mixture
4. Place green onions in bottom of glass baking dish
5. Place chicken on top
6. Drizzle with remaining butter
7. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture
8. Bake 350F for 1 to 1.25 hours

Serve with Spaghetti and Tomato sauce. Delicious!
