After Apne’s success, writer Neeraj Pathak is embarking on another movie called Right or Wrong. In addition to writing the script, this time he is also producing it. “It will be the first film under my production company, Icon pictures, where Kishan Chaudhary and I are partners,” says Pathak. His favorite man, Sunny Deol, will be playing the lead in this as well as co-directing and producing Pathak’s other film titled The Man.
The writer of Apne reveals that Konkona Sen Sharma, Irrfan Khan, and Isha Koppikar will also be starring in his producing venture. Interestingly enough, Subhash Ghai will be co-producing this movie under his banner Mukta Arts. “Yes, that’s true,” Pathak backs up.” I started my career as a scriptwriter with [Ghai’s] film Pardes. And today he is co-producing my film. It’s really a nice feeling. I started as a writer for Subhashji and now we are partners.” His smile makes it clear how elated he is. And after all this plus the project of writing Anil Sharma’s next, who wouldn’t be?
