Though we have been seeing Sonakshi Sinha’s quintessential avatar right from her first film (Dabangg), we haven’t really witnessed Shotgun’s darling daughter performing some folk or traditional dance on-screen. But it looks like Sona is set to fulfill our wish soon through her upcoming film Bullett Raja.

Sonakshi would be seen as a Bong girl in the film for a brief period. Clad in the conventional Bengali red-bordered saree along with big red bindi, gajra and alta on her hands, would be seen doing the famous Bengali folk dance ‘Jhumur’.

The insiders reveal that to perfect the dance form, the actress specially learnt ‘Jhumur’ dance for the film.

With Sonakshi putting in so much effort to perfect the dance, we’re sure it’ll have a lasting impression on people’s minds when the film hits the big screen.

Also starring Saif Ali Khan, Vidyut Jamwal, Jimmy Shergill, Gulshan Grover, Bullett Raja, presented by Fox Star Studios and directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia, is set to release on November 29, 2013.
