Suniel Shetty aka Anna is turning into an entrepreneur with two different projects. One will be in the retail business, the other a wellness center.

The retail business he is planning will be a chain of stores called Creative Crossover. The business will be based around Bollywood and is a partnership between Shetty and Creative Garments, a textile retail company.

The chain will have both large stores called Crossover and smaller stores called Bollywood Se. The stores will have a coffee shop, offer Bollywood memorabilia and other pieces, clothing of course and a beauty salon run by hairdressers that have worked in Bollywood. The clothing brands will include 109F, as well as highlighting the labels from both Jackie Shroff and Bipasha Basu.

Its flagship store will be in Mumbai and is set to open in November.

The wellness center project was inspired by his stint as the host of the hit show, Biggest Loser Jeetega. He is planning on building wellness centers especially designed for overweight people.

Shetty said, “I’m buying real estate to build wellness centers where overweight people from across the country spend a month, lose weight and go back lighter and happier.” He is looking to purchase land in Mumbai to open the first gym and then plans to expand the business to other locations.

He thinks that there is a new wellness awareness in India since the show began and that many will be looking for a healthy and great way to get in shape.

“Biggest Loser Jeetega is different and the best thing about the show is we are able to educate the mass about health and fitness, and bring changes in the lives of people. It’s really an achievement. I am happy I did the show,” said Shetty.

A second season of the show is already being planned!
