With the upcoming Cannes Film Festival opening this Wednesday, fans can’t wait to get a glimpse of their favourite stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty, John Abraham, Bipasha Basu and more all glammed up.
However, rumours were rampant that Bollywood Cannes Queen, Aishwarya Rai, would not be attending the film festival after years of regular appearances. While fans whined frantically, the question was–Will Aishwarya be attending or not?
Yes, she will! Fans can take a deep breath as Aishwarya will certainly be making an appearance. Though it won’t be for the full duration of the festival, due to shooting commitments (Jodhaa-Akbar). Our sources tell us that Aishwarya will be attending the opening ceremony along with father-in-law, Amitabh Bachchan.
Ashutosh Gowariker tells Subhash K. Jha, “After that, Aishwarya will join Hrithik and me in Karjat,” where she will resume shooting for her forthcoming film.
