14aug_Saif-FitnessSaif Ali Khan has realised the value of a good lifestyle, all thanks to his extremely fit and health conscious better half, Kareena Kapoor. And starting with a glass of nutritious fruit juice in the morning is what the Nawab ‎has kick started.
After a health scare of the heart while shooting in Malaysia a few years back, Saif quit smoking. And after being in a relationship with Bebo, he follows a diet followed by a successful nutrionist.
Lean meats and veggies make for Saif’s lunch and dinner. Whilst shooting for Race 2 in the company of John Abraham and Anil Kapoor, the actor was seen eating roast chicken for dinner to shed any extra weight.

Today, Saif has a glass of either orange or pineapple juice to ‎start the day, followed by cardio and weight training exercises for his role in Phantom.
