After sweeping various awards post its release, Dharma Productions’ Agneepath, directed by Karan Malhotra which released in the year 2012, has recently won yet another award. Agneepath won an award for the Best Campaign on Social Network (for Films, TV Shows, News Shows, Events) at the Indian Digital Media Awards 2013.
It was the only movie to win the recognition at the prestigious awards. This certainly marks the initiation of films getting on the Social Media wagon. Many film makers and marketers have comprehended the power of the medium to craft their movie campaigns, Dharma Productions being one of them.
