Dia Mirza smoulders on the cover of the new issue of Jade magazine. Dressed in a low cut shocking pink short silk dress, she is seen lounging on a sofa in an issue that concentrates on how a woman can have fun in 101 different ways.
The former Miss Asia Pacific, who has been very busy in the last year, has a number of good releases stacked up and waiting to be released because of the multiplex strike, including Familywala with Arjun Rampal, Kisaan with Jackie Shroff, Shoe Bite with Amitabh Bachchan, Kaun Bola? with Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani; Alibaug with Sophie Chaudhury and Neha Dhupia, Acid Factory with Fardeen Khan and finally Qurbaan with Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Phew! The girl’s a one-woman industry on her own!
The socially active Dia is currently in Mumbai to promote her film Kisaan, which explores the problems faced by farmers in India and has expressed her concern that Bollywood movies no longer explore social issues in the way that Iranian and Korean films still do. In the future she is hoping to slow down a little and confesses that she is dying to have children. “I am dying to have kids…I really love them,” she confirmed.
