Southern superstar Mohanlal has just done a cameo appearance in Priyadarshan’s Tezz, but the actor just can’t stop singing praises of the director. Mohanlal says, “As a director Priyadarshan is simply growing. He is thorough with his job and the best thing about him is that all the actors are comfortable working with him. His approach and knowledge about films is excellent. He knows how to extract performances from his stars.”
It is said that both Mohanlal and Priyadarshan share a long standing relationship. Their friendship goes back to their college days. Talk about their chemistry and Mohanlal quickly replies, “There is an unknown chemistry between me and Priyadarshan. Even when we work on Malyalam films he just describes a scene and I understand what he wants from me or what he expects from me. After continually working with the same person it sort of becomes a practice.”
He further adds, “Though I am making a cameo appearance in Tezz the placement of it is very critical in the film. This is one of the best films of Priyadarshan to date.”
