Gurgaon is the most modern boom-town of “India Shining”, the new frontier to be conquered by those who understand real estate. This city rose from a small town to a boom town satellite city in just fifteen years.
However the law and order is yet to catch up.
A family of Policemen…A family of Gangsters…
Under the guise of a respected citizen, Yashwardhan (Jackie Shroff) runs a parallel world – a world, where he is the Emperor.
To bring down a criminal… the law will have to now think like a criminal!
When Vishal (Arjun Kapoor) is planted in Yashwardhan’s world in place of Ajay (Arjun Kapoor), the lawmakers (Rishi Kapoor & Prithviraj) roll the dice and a sequence of events unravel – something much more than what Vishal bargained for, as he finds himself in a predicament that puts him to the test!
Aurangzeb is all about a world where Kingship knows no Kinship and where there can be only one Emperor!
We have some more inside scoop about the characters in the film!!
Ajay (Arjun Kapoor): Ajay is the typical spoilt rich brat whose life revolves around money, babes and indulgence. Brash, arrogant and unapologetic by nature, he has little respect for his own father and even the women around him. His hunger for power is insatiable.
Vishal (Arjun Kapoor – in a double role) Responsible, mature and caring by nature, Vishal is an antonym of Ajay. His pursuit and efforts to protect the ones that he loves changes him from the naïve small town boy Vishal to the smart and shrewd Gurgaon man.
Arya (Prithviraj): Arya is the calm and reticent policeman who rarely loses his balance. He is astute enough to judge the winding and constantly changing sides of different people around him and thus moulds himself accordingly. Arya all his life despised his father and wanted to be like his uncle Ravikant.
Yashwardhan (Jackie Shroff): Yashwardhan is the slick and intelligent gangster who operates under the garb of a real estate empire. Protective and possessive about his son, he is like an old lion from whom authority seems to be slowly slipping away.
Ravikant (Rishi Kapoor): Ravikant is a mastermind policeman for whom ambition and supremacy comes first and foremost. He disregards those who come in his way and gets things done as per his convenience and plans.
