Tarun Mansukhani’s Dostana 2 is the comedy sequel to the 2008 release Dostana. The film that saw two men (Abhishek and John) pretend to be gay, in order to rent an apartment and then fall in love with the same girl, their roommate,(Priyanka Chopra).
The antics of two straight men pretending to be gay is said to continue in the sequel. The story of Dostana 2 will take the two friends (Kunal and Sam) from Miami to Punjab where they will attempt to clarify to everyone that they aren’t gay.
Rumours surrounding this particular release are already rife. Ritesh Deshmukh and Shreyas Talpade are apparently all set to play a real gay couple and Bipasha and Aishwarya have reportedly been signed up in a cameo role as a lesbian couple! Now the truth behind all these rumours will be revealed in time. But one thing is for sure – This one is definitely on my DO NOT MISS list…
