Anjana Sukhani is enjoying the release of Tum Milo Toh Sahi with Dimple Kapadia and Visya Malavade and says she relates well to her character in the movie. “I play a bold Maharashtrian college-going girl who suffers from some kind of inferiority complex,” she explains, “I could identify myself with the character because when I was in school and college, I also had an inferiority complex. I was from a middle-class background and when people came in big cars and showed off their clothes, I also started behaving in a way that I wouldn’t do otherwise.”

Next up for Anjana is Don Seenu, an exciting Tollywood film with Ravi Teja and Shriya Saran and this should be followed by her next Bollywood project Allah Ke Banday with Sharman Joshi, in which she plays a complex character that should finally give her the chance to stretch her screen persona. “I’m portraying the role of a model who has a dark side too. It’s totally different from my earlier movies,” she says.

Vegetarian Anjana has been having a tough time on set with meat-eaters recently. Shooting in the forests for Don Seenu, she has been attacked mercilessly by mosquitos and has been engaged in chemical warfare on a wide front with the support of her co-stars in an effort to keep them at bay! Luckily, shooting moves back to the city soon!
