Farhan Akhtar and Priyanka Chopra are getting ready to begin filming for Shonali Bhose’s new film. Reportedly titled, The Sky is Pink, it also stars Secret Superstar actress Zaira Wasim. The cast and crew came together this week and now it is Lights Camera Action!

Farhan Akhtar has said it is a beautiful film. While director Bose said earlier, “This is an absolutely true story and very close to my heart. I’m having a mind blowing time workshopping with my incredible cast.”
The Sky is Pink is the story of Aisha Chaudhary who after being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis and immune deficiency disorder turned her illness into a triumph and became a motivational speaker and even wrote a book titled My Little Epiphanies. Chaudhary died at the age of 18.
