14dec_Jacqueline-ChristmasBollywood’s gorgeous lady Jacqueline Fernandez believes in the spirit of giving, especially during her favorite time of the year, Christmas. With the help of the crowd funding platform Ketto, which specializes in the social sector, Jacqueline will help raise funds for a non-profit organization called ToyBank.

ToyBank gives poor, under privileged kids a chance to relive their childhood by providing them with toys that will help them learn and grow. Helping them to reach their goal is the Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez. The ‘Kick’ star wants to raise the necessary funds so that these children can live a life of happiness and positivity. Jacqueline is giving various personal gifts and even a chance to visit her on the sets as a gesture of appreciation to the supporters.

Jacqueline, who has been appreciated for her performance in the trailer of her upcoming film ‘Roy’ has had a great run this year. With a blockbuster movie and two awards in her kitty already, the actress wants to share this happiness with these young kids. “Christmas is a very special time for me. It’s all about spreading the joy, and I hope that through this initiative we are able to bring smiles to the faces of kids who haven’t had a reason to believe in Santa yet. I wish we meet our goal” says Jacqueline.

ToyBank goes beyond gender, caste, colour, religion and aims to give children a better future. The NGO’s goal is to distract young kids from strong urge for addictions that often surround them & channelize their energies into a more productive manner.

Ketto is a crown funding platform for social causes that is founded by Varun Sheth along with Zaheer Adenwala and Bollywood actor Kunal Kapoor on 15 August 2012. It helps like-minded people to come together in order to achieve their larger goals.
