20x12.inddFrom All Is Not Well to All Is Well, this August, UK cinemagoers will be taken on an emotional journey filled with comic moments that is sure to tickle their funny bones! In this family drama, starring Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Asin and Supriya Pathak – communication gap takes precedence over the generation gap.

While being on a chase from dangerous goons, the family squabble endlessly addressing their own love-hate relationship between each other. The story casts Abhishek Bachchan as Indar, an aspiring singer in London and Asin as Nimmi his love interest in the film. The film tells the story of Indar who gets a once in a lifetime opportunity to be launched by a big record label in exchange for a substantial fee. Having tried many different ways to raise funds, Indar almost gives up – until he gets a call from his lawyer in India informing him of his father Bhalla (Rishi Kapoor) intentions to sell their family bakery business. He packs his bags and heads to India with his girlfriend Nimmi (Asin) with the hope of securing the funds for his new album from the sale of the family business and starting a new life full of love and success with Nimmi. Their dreams are shattered when they’re kidnapped in the airport. Scared for their lives, they arrive in the den of the most notorious criminal in town. Wondering why they’ve been taken hostage, Indar has a moment of shock when introduced to his father Bhalla (Rishi Kapoor) who has also been held hostage, for not returning debts owed to the goons. With only one day been given as grace to the family to pay the debts, the family decide to be on the run – will they escape the goons?  Will they sell their family business? Now that Nimmi is unnecessarily involved in the mess with Indar – will she still stick with him until the end?

This begins a journey of fun, realization, values and confusion which every family can sometimes relate to in their own lives.
