It appears that the actor will continue his master streak and will be entertaining his audiences with a thriller Airlift, comedy Housefull 3 and a suspense thriller Rustom in the year 2016.
Akshay Kumar will be welcoming his silver jubilee in the industry in 2016 with the release of “Airlift”, an edge-of-the-seat thriller based on a real incident which occurred in Kuwait in the 1990s during the time of Gulf War. An Indian businessman, Ranjit Katyal (played by Akshay Kumar) helped in evacuating 1,70,000 Indians, safely, back to their home country at the time of crisis.
The film releases internationally on January 22, 2016.
