Anurag Basu’s Ludo featuring a fabulous ensemble cast of Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh is a film everyone has their eye on! We can now reveal the release date! April 24th, 2020.
Said to be a slice of life film that is also apparently a ‘dark comic anthology‘, Basu said in an earlier interview, “It has multiple plots. The genre and story are totally different and fresh.”
While producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series has said, “The characters, the story is so compelling yet the treatment is so amusing.”
For your information, Ludo is a strategy board game based on Pachesi, aka Parcheesi and Trouble. We and fans are sure we can’t wait to see why that title for this film was chosen!
Not only that, with the interesting tag line “Let’s Play”, fans look forward to finding out more about the characters and story that has been kept under wraps.
