Anushka Sharma’s new movie with Shahid Kapur, Badmaash Company, begins life in promoland this week with the first trailers being leaked onto the internet. Anushka is said to have a number of kissing scenes with Shahid in the movie. “It was her first kiss on screen, so Anushka was extremely uncomfortable,” says a source for the movie, “The director had a word with her and reassured her. He explained to her in detail how the scene would be shot and how it was important to the story. Once the camera was rolling, Anushka left her inhibitions behind and delivered a smashing scene.”
In other news, Anushka, who is the new brand ambassador for Vaseline along with Shahid, is said to be also looking forward to Patiala House, her movie with Akshay Kumar set in London about a Sikh’s fight for justice. The film also features Dimple Kapadia. Finally, it’s rumoured that Anushka is also angling for a role in the Ranbir Kapoor movie Rockstar which is currently being cast.
Anushka is the ideal woman for many men but what would make her ideal man? “He should be a nice man,” she says, “I believe in having a man who is beautiful and strong on the inside. Inner beauty is the most important.”
