The first song from Tubelight has been launched among fans at the Arabian Center in Dubai! Kabir Khan wanted a 60’s feel to the song, so a fictional town Jagatpura was constructed on three acres of land in Film City, Mumbai. Kabir Khan was adamant for the set to look as authentic as possible. This song was shot with the help of 200 dancers and 800 juniors along with Salman Khan.

Says Salman Khan, “Dada (Pritam) has a knack for coming up with instantly hummable numbers. From the time I first heard ‘Radio’, I can’t stop humming it. Aap sunenge toh aap bhi gayenge”.
Adds on Director Kabir Khan, “It’s a happy song. The dancing, Salman’s enthusiasm, the entire song will make you happy and definitely get you to dance along. It’s a song for everyone.”
Says Shridhar Subramaniam, President India and Middle East, “Radio as a song has the ability to create an instant liking. Salman is delightful and the cheer around is infectious. Pritam and Amitabh are magical and we are confident that the song along with the spectacular visuals will stay with fans long after the film.”
