This new Khan on the block is Imran Khan and he is completely the toast of the town these days. With his film, Jaane Tu Ya Janne Na releasing on July 4th, he has successfully added himself on the gossipmonger’s hit list. But today we aren’t telling you any ‘maybes’ or ‘perhaps’. Today it is facts and facts all the way. Precisely, five things you may not know about our junior heartthrob Imran.
First fact: Some of Imran’s schooling was done in a hostel in Conoor. After school, the filmii bug soon took over and this smoldering nephew of Aamir started studying filmmaking at an academy in New York City.
Number Two is very interesting: Imran originally attended the film academy to be a director. But as they say, fate happens to you. And it happened to Imran, in the form of Abbas Tyrewala and his scrip of JTYJN. Apparently, Imran instantly adored the script and loved his character. After that, well his mind was changed and he was on the track of a leading hero.
On to third fact which is that Imran was born to Anil Pal and Nuzhat Khan. His father is also in the limelight – but not for films – he works for an prominent web portal in the US.
Now number four may seem astonishing, Imran hates to exercise. How could we ever guess from that boyish charm and physically fit stature? But guess what, the cutesy-dutesy guy has been literally forced to train for his next film Kidnap, directed by Dhoom 2 man : Sanjay Gadvi. So now Imraan works out daily at his mamu’s (Aamir) personal gym.
If the number four fact was astonishing, then this one might want to make you gush uncontrollably over the hunk. Imran is a fabulous cook and he believes that cooking itself is a healing exercise. After a hard work day, Imran loves to relax by cooking! His favourite dish is Dal Tadka and Rice. Ah…classic Indian Munda (Boy)
Many a fan is going gaga over this sweet-pie Imran Khan, who is soon to enter the elite and magical world of Indian Cinema. We, at Bollyspice, wish him all the best and great innings in the industry.
