Slumdog Millionaire‘s Freida Pinto was a great hit on Craig Ferguson‘s Late Late Show in the US, even showing him some impromptu Bollywood dance steps. “We have a little bit of dance at the end of the film, but I’d like to teach you some moves,” she said, “This is Danny Boyle’s favourite.”
Freida has been talking highly of both Angelina Jolie and Kate Winslet who she keeps meeting up with as they work through the array of different Awards ceremonies that take place through January leading up to the Oscars. Of Changeling star Angelina, she says, “She was really wonderful to talk to and very supportive of newcomers. She’s just like, ‘Embrace it. Enjoy it and keep it real. Don’t get affected by all this, enjoy every moment’.” She also has warm words for Revolutionary Road’s Kate: “Every time I have a question, she’s always there to answer it. I really think it’d be fun to work with Winslet because I found support in her.”
Freida, currently single, was asked what was the best way for men to approach her? “Back in college, if boys did the most stupid thing, like compose a silly song, I’d listen,” she says, “It could be something really stupid, like a rap for all I care!”
