Harman Baweja seems to have won over Brazilian model, Mariah, on the set of Victory. Mariah shares the screen with him in the movie. “Mariah was very impressed by Harman’s moves. She enjoyed dancing with him and thought he was as flexible as rubber. She used to tease him by calling him rubber-man all the time!” said a source.
Harman’s ex-girlfriend, Priyanka Chopra, has been demonstrating the ‘no bad feelings’ maxim by praising Harman’s co-star in Victory, Amrita Rao, who it’s been rumoured has become very friendly with Harman. “Priyanka liked Amrita’s performance so much that after the screening she went up to her and told her how much she appreciated her work in the film,” said a source, “Amrita was quite touched to hear that from Priyanka and the two ladies were inseparable as they chatted amicably for a long time after that.”
In preparation for his role of a village boy who rises through the tough world of cricket, Harman spent some time living in the Rajasthani village of Falaudi. “Being able to speak the language of the character is the most important part of approaching your role,” he says, “I had to get comfortable with Rajasthani language which was very essential to give a real feel to the character.”
