At a time where the independent music scene in Bollywood is rather rare to find, the multi-talented Himesh Reshammiya released his second private album Aap Se Mausiiquii during December last year. The collective views of all the released videos, have recently crossed over the 50 million views mark at YouTube!
Music label TSeries tweeted this amazing achievement today. As we continue to live in the digital era, songs are being measured more and more by the number of views they receive on social media platforms, as opposed to CD sales. Himesh is one of the first Bollywood artists to produce a second private album in recent times, and have it achieve such a milestone in a relatively short amount of time.

The most recent video to release from the album, was Himesh’s duet with Iulia Vantur Every Night and Day. Coincidentally, this release was Himesh’s 700th song! That is a truly wonderful target to achieve, especially when we are living in times where many artists are seeing shorter shelf lives in the music industry, due to increased competition. Aap Se Mausiiquii has music by Himesh Reshammiya and lyrics by Manoj Muntashir.
