Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has been voted the world’s sexiest woman by FHM magazine in India.
Katrina Kaif topped the poll, which was based entirely on online and text voting, beating stars like Angelina Jolie, Bipasha Basu, Priyanka Chopra and Megan Fox to the top of the list for the fourth year in a row.
The actress, who is currently filming her first film opposite Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, told the media about her excitement on hearing the news. Katrina said, “I am really excited with the news since it means people are not voting for me only based on my physical looks. They are looking at me in entirety.”
When asked by the media what sexy means to her, Katrina shared, “being sexy is not about the clothes. The sexiest thing is not trying. For me to wear a cotton sari be without makeup and to still be desirable is sexy.”
Katrina Kaif will next be seen on the big screen opposite Salman Khan in the romantic action thriller Ek Tha Tiger. Directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Aditya Chopra the film is set to release in August 2012.
