In fact, Laapataa Ladies, which is titled, Where is the Bride in Japanese, is now celebrating an uninterrupted theatrical run of 115 days and still counting. Now in its 17th week, the film, a Jio Studios and Aamir Khan Productions, has achieved a significant milestone by being shortlisted for the prestigious Best International Film category at the Japan Academy Film Prize 2024. The Best International Film winner will be announced on March 14, 2025, during the Japan Academy Film Prize ceremony.
