There have been a lot of stories circulating about the type of character Rani Mukerji is playing in her next film. The role in the untitled film co–starring Saif Ali Kahn and directed by Kunal Kohil has been reported to be a Mary Poppins like character, a fairy and now a source says no it is an angel.
Her character is an angel that comes back to earth to for a special mission and in order to create the feel for the role Rani has been working very hard. A Yash Raj source said, “It’s not easy playing an angel. It’s a character absolutely without a reference point. Rani has gone into her inner resources to create the character.” It is even being reported that she is stopped eating her favorite food in order to get into character.
Kunal Kohil has not given out a lot of information on the storyline of this film that finishes shooting in February so we will have to wait and watch. We certainly cannot wait to see Rani as an angel and be sure to check back here often to keep up on all the latest news!
