From Special 26 to Krrish 3 here’s a look at what we think are the best looking posters of movies released this year.
1. Aashiqui 2
The music of this movie made it on our best album list this year and now the poster has caught our eye too. Kyunki tum hi ho…
2. Bhaag Milkha Bhaag
While there were other posters which show the star cast of the movie we thought this poster was an accurate portrayal of the movie about the man they call The Flying Sikh – Milkha Singh.
3. Chennai Express
Encapsulating a Rohit Shetty film the posters shows everything except the main lead flying in mid-air which is a trademark RS ishtyle.
4. Ek Thi Daayan
A supernatural thriller with twists and turns the movie revolves around finding the daayan(witch). Not to give to much away but this poster gives you a big clue! Plus it is really cool!
5. Kai Po Che!
A little bit artsy that tells an intriguing tale on its own this one really had us say what a cool poster!
6. Krrish 3
India’s first ever home grown superhero movie. When we got our first glimpse with the killer poster needless to say we were intrigued. The art of the poster definitely introduces what may be in store when the battle between good and evil hits and teases us with the question of who will win in the end.
7. Lootera
A period film filled with romance and tragedy. The poster – plain and simply beautiful.
8. Raanjhanaa
We loved this poster of the movie because of its lively color scheme and the painted background look. It takes back to the posters of days go by and gave us a glimpse into the story.
9. Goliyon ki Rasleela RamLeela
This movie was based on one of the most famous Shakespearean works – Romeo and Juliet. The incredible poster is an apt portrayal that love knows no bounds and can grow anywhere and between the most unlikely pair of people. A love story above all the hate.
10. Shuddh Desi Romance
A YRF production, this time instead of just having the main leads being photographed they decided to have the poster as a hand painted collage of knicks and knacks from various parts of the movie and we loved it.
11. Shootout at Wadala
