In an upcoming episode, fans of Koffee with Karan will see “friends” Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra take the infamous couch together. Yes, the duo decided they would make an appearance together on the show and talk to Karan Johar. However, don’t expect any confessions as to their relationship. Insiders claim the duo refrained and “dodged” any questions by the host that questioned their relationship. Karan Johar took it upon his himself to quiz the duo straight up on their relationship. And the answer? A diplomatic long-winded answer which did not say yay or nay. And all this despite the fact that they were seen text messaging one another before the shoot ensuring that the other would reach the studio on time.
However, that was hardly the case when they left the studio. After a cuppa Joe with Karan, Priyanka Chopra is said to have sped off in her own car while Shahid Kapoor took off on his bike. However, Shahid was seen stopping his bike after a couple of minutes just in front of P.C.’s car as she hopped out of her car and behind Shahid’s bike clearly stating that they are clearly close. A source from the set went on to describe their chemistry as “warm”.
