Sanjay Dutt going to jail
Though Salman going to jail was a huge blow to several fans, Sanjay Dutt’s status post-Munnabhai sent the entire industry into an absolute frenzy when he was given a jail sentence. Since his case came to a close, he has been in and out of jail leaving many filmmakers stuck in their tracks with pending films. However, he too has been granted bail and is working around the clock to make ensure that he completes as many assignments as possible. The reason behind his jail sentence was that he was found in possession of weapons during the 1993 Bombay blasts and was accused of being involved with the terrorists behind the attack. He received overwhelming support from within the industry and from the general public and we hope that our Munna is out of jail for good.
