The esteemed actor Amitabh Bachchan really uses social media to connect with his fans, not only does he have a very popular blog but he also regularly tweets on his official Twitter account much to fans delight. In fact, he is one of the most popular Hindi film stars on the social media site with over 16.6 million followers.
Unfortunately, we have just learned that Mr Amitabh Bachchan’s Official Twitter account has been hacked.
The actor tweeted:
T 1980 -WHOA !..My Twitter handle hacked ! Sex sites planted as 'following' ! Whoever did this, try someone else, buddy, I don't need this !

And then later it got even more serious because information has been turned over to the police.
T 1980 – OKAAY .. !! Plot thickens ! Had been getting several really dirty abusive sms for a year .. just handed all of them to the POLICE !
