Bollywood hunks Akshay Kumar and John Abraham will be seen together next in Desi Boyz. The duo turn pole dancers for a short sequence in the movie.
First time director Rohit Dhawan clarifies, “Many people feel that the film is about pole dancing or that they are playing pole dancers in the film. But let me clarify that it is not the case. But at the same time, though the pole-dancing bit is a short one, it has big ramifications and really affects their lives. So, it’s an important part of the story.”
Desi Boyz is the story of two men who are forced to do something extremely bizarre which gives them instant gratification but the repercussions tear them apart and its aftermath which tests everything including their friendship.
The Desi Boyz will be in theatres on 25th November 2011.
