Mamta Sharma - Syed PRTaking place at De Montfort Hall in Leicester on Sunday the 25th May, The Mamta Sharma concert was a show to remember and thrilled the audience. Brought by Jay’s Entertainment singer Mamta Sharma was joined by Yashraaj Kapil and Gaurav Sharma at the fabulous concert.

The evening was hosted by the delightful Rani, aka Sonia Dutta. A full Bollywood band set the beat and beautifully choreographed dancers swept across the stage as the crowd cheered, whistled and clapped.

Yashraaj Kapil (from the hit Indian shows Sur Kshetra and Indian Idol 5) soon had the audience on their feet as he kicked off the show with a trance inducing, fairytale love song ’Tum Hi Ho’, from Mohit Suri’s film, Aashiqui 2.

Mamta Sharma gave an impressive and mesmerizing performance, singing many of her hit songs and wooing the audience with a rendition of Shazia Mansoors ‘’Aja Soneya’; mixing in her songs ‘Fevicol’, ‘Munni Badnaam Hui,’ and ‘Lambhi Judaii’. She then had the crowd on their feet and shaking their tooh as she sang the catchy hit number ‘Tooh’.

The hilarious Gaurav Sharma kept the audience entertained with a side-splitting performance and a great example of why he is touring with the likes of Johnny Lever on his tour.

The nights’ entertainment came to a close with Yashraaj Kapil Joining Mamta on stage singing ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’ which featured in the hit Bollywood movie “Dabangg.”

Jayesh Kotak (Jay’s entertainment), made dreams come true when he brought Mamta Sharma to Leicester. Hailed a success by many, the tweets flooded in; thanking Mamta for an ‘amazing’ performance and ‘a dream come true’. It is likely to be the only time many fans will get to see the hit-maker live in concert as it was her first and only UK performance. However, Jay’s entertainment look set to continue delivering the best of Bollywood for years to come.

Here’s just a little taste of the concert!
