He started off playing the lover boy in My Name is Anthony Gonsalves, then moved on to the very strict Inspector Hemant in Raavan. Now again we will see him in a new avatar in Shor in the City.
Nikhil Dwivedi plays the role of a petty criminal with a certain amount of benevolence. A scamster who will do anything to earn that five bucks. ‘’I remembered Amitabh sir when I saw the final version of the cut.” says Nikhil. “I am an actor today because of Amitabh Bachchan. I’ve grown up watching his films. Playing the role of the angry young man and using the tapori lingo was fun.”
The movie promo and songs have already created Shor in the market and after Sholay this is one of the first movie which depicts the chemistry and camaraderie between 3 friends, played by Tusshar Kapoor and Pitobash Tripathi.
Let’s hope the movie creates some shor at the box office!
