Voluptuous Mumaith Khan is slowly undulating her way to success, both in Bollywood and the South. The half Pakistani item girl from Mumbai stole our hearts with her number in Munna Bhai MBBS and is currently in Punnami Naagu where she plays a Naagin or shape-shifter, a snake queen that is capable of turning into a woman and seducing her lover. The film, which also stars Rajiv Kanakala as the hero is similar in plot to the anticipated Mallika Sherawat movie Hisss!
Mumaith, who is a devotee of body art and sports many tattoos and piercings of her own, has come a long way in the last ten years after starting to dance with a troupe at the age of thirteen in an effort to support her family. Mostly known for her item numbers, such as in the classic Pokkiri, she has recently succeeded in landing some leading roles. More recently, she has gained media coverage with her plans to establish an orphanage in Hyderabad, in the heart of Tollywood.
Mumaith can also be seen currently in the movie Target, in which she stars opposite Riyaz Khan and Shraddha Das. Once again, Mumaith is finally able to demonstrate her acting skills in this movie as well as her proficiency in the martial arts.
